Leadership Display Boards Day 1: Star stamper

Hi everyone,

Over the course of the next week, I'll be showing you the 24 display board projects that I created for the Stampin' Up! Leadership Event in Houston Texas.  The Artisan Team was asked to create projects on specific stamp sets, as well as a suite in the new Occasions catalog. First up, is a special stamp set that was exclusive to the attendees.  It's geared towards the Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

Project 1: Super Star Stamper
This vellum is gorgeous - the tea lade doily really made the bag give it a delicate feel.  Who wouldn't want a special gift in this?  Machine stitching properly adhered the doily.  I then created the tag by using the gold embossing powder and adhering it with a mini clothespin.  I don't think mini clothespins will ever get old. :)

Project 2: Friends Forever
This is a beautiful simple card with small embellishments.  Its a great example of how keeping things clean is beautiful. The background stamp was created by using the "You're Lovely" stamp set out of the Sale-a-bration catalog! This was stamped three times to create the background stamp. Can you see the stitching on the mini banner? (See this banner punch and co-ordinating stamp set in the Sale-a-bration catalog)

I am gonna say it again...
I AM SO BLESSED.
