A Star is Born | Be Inspired Blog Hop


This month as part of the Be Inspired Design Team, we are talking about vellum.

While I use vellum for SO MANY THINGS.... 
But I use it most of the time to "tone pattern or colour down".

So, this Garden Impressions 6x6 paper pad is not my thing. But I love the colours in it. The bright blue is gorgeous and will a little vellum it gave me exactly what I needed to create this background for my card.


This card is a smash up of several products from the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. It's the definition of creating a card out of your leftovers! This uses Little Twinkle Stamp Set, Free Cake Stamp Set and the Celebrate You Thinlets!

Merry Christmas to All | Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop



oh my, oh my.
Are you drooling over the 'Merry' die cut?
Yeah.
Me too.
It's part of the Merry Christmas to All Bundle.


Today's project was brought together using the Softly Falling Embossing Folder as well as the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon. Both products make for a gorgeous background behind the largest snowflake from the Snowflake Thinlets (available only throughout the month of November).

Be sure to remember your clear Wink of Stella to get that extra shine on your die cuts!


I am certainly feeling the holiday season upon me and I can't wait to feel all the feels this Christmas!

Up! Fill Life With Experiences | Simple Scrapper SPARK Magazine


August 1-4, 2018. 
She got tickets to see Taylor Swift for her birthday. 
What a lucky girl. 
But truth be told maybe Mom is just as excited.


Nanny and Poppy joined us for the adventure. 
Come From Away was the selling point as it’s a play that every 
Newfoundlander would be proud to see.

Flying to Toronto First Class and letting the day be our guide, we ate lunch at the CN Tower, Taylor Swift and Come From Away at the Royal Alexandria Theatre.

Let Your Light Shine | Simple Scrapper SPARK Magazine


Sometimes a story takes awhile to tell.
And this story is just that.
It's the beginning of a gymnastics competition season to the next.

Introducing... Snowflake Showcase! | Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop


Today is the day that we all can get our hands on the Showflake Showcase!
And believe me, you will want to grab these while they last throughout the month of November.


The Showfall Thinlets come several sizes of snowflakes - big and small.
But I have to tell you that I have a soft spot for the beautiful large snowflake. 


The projects in today's blog post use the Snow is Glistening Stamp Set.
This stamp set along with Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set, which I showcased last month are available in this special edition of limited products.


My second project does not include the Snowflake Thinlets to prove to you that you don't need them to make a stunning project. This simple card is 4"x7" in size and the bottom shows the new Velveteen Speciality Paper. It's so soft and lovely - just like there's a layer of snow on the card!
