"Part 2?"
"Why yes. If you missed part one... you can find it here!"
When I first saw the negatives of the Pop n' Place Holiday Gift Tags booklet, I immediately was inspired to do a scrapbook page but I wasn't sure how I would execute it.
Then I got to playing.
I used many of the banner pieces from the booklet, as well as four frames. The Christmas Tagables stamp set, which is part of a bundle for this booklet, provided some great journaling for me.
Here are some things to think about when scrapbooking with limited supplies:
- Build a banner.. it always looks even better with stitching.
- Use dimension in your pages... it makes a big difference. See below how the banners come off the page as well as the "frames" around the picture.
- Use different textures such as the Crystal Effects on the "25" stamp.
- Clustering is a must. Don't be afraid to take several buttons, toss them on your page and glue them down where they land. FUN!!
-Finally... doodle. Make it YOU. (See my border around my page)
PS. I am sooooooooo excited for CHRISTMAS!!
Happy Thanksgiving to my American Friends! :) I'll be thinking of you and will shop online in your honor. :)
Make sure you keep hopping to see the rest of my buddies. Cindy is up next and she is sure to blow you away!
