November 2014 Project Life | A Monthly Review

I am back with my Project Life monthly review pages.  This layout was made easy. I loved the boldness of the November title car.  I am not sure where the card came from but I am guessing it came from a Studio Calico Project Life kit that I snagged in their grab bag sales.

I have been just loving yellow lately and so it was exactly what I was looking for.

I love the pictures of this layout because it really does show the everyday and yet some of the highlights of the month.  I used some flare and some foam stickers from the Freckeld Fawn Oh Deer Me embellishment kits; however, I used some label stickers behind them to really give them some "power".

You'll notice the left hand picture is of my family of 4 eating supper.  It was taken using my self timer.  This is something I want to do more.  It reminds how my son is always standing while he eats at this age... it also looks like he doing farting noises on his arm, which is completely normal at my house.

Because the photos didn't need any journalling, I didn't feel forced to do so.

The backside of this layout is documenting my son's birthday and showcasing how winter is starting.

The bottom right hand picture is just a different angle that I tried that day.  I love how it turned it.  I added a transparency over top the picture.

That's it for now!
Happy "Project Life-ing"

  1. I love how you are showing us your album for inspiration. I have every PLxSU! kit but I have yet to make even a single page because I just can't "get started" since I'm overwhelmed with the layout. This helps! Thanks also for the narrative and tips on getting unique pictures.
